Shipping policy
All orders sent by Royal Mail delivery service. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
You will receive a confirmation of your order and will be notified as soon as it has left our warehouse.
All International orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked service and you will be issued a tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic please allow up to 10 working days (UK orders) and up to 14 working days (International and overseas).
Refund policy
If for any reason you wish to return your item please email support@remedy.uk.com
We only issue full refunds or exchanges for goods that are still in perfect condition with tags, and labels still attached.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
